The Policy Oversight Commitee (iPOC), the committee for the monitoring
and conversion of the agreement over the world-wide assignment of
Internet addresses (" The gene Eric Top level Domain memorandum OF
Understanding/gTLD MoU "), wants to mark all Porno and Sex Sites by
the same Top level domain.  With it the committee members react
allegedly to the public printing from the USA and Europe.  And at the
same time scientists of the US elite university seek to protect
Harvard with a new Porno protection program of children against
Schmuddel stuff from the Internet.  The new feature of the software:
it operates not with keywords, but with picture samples.

After the conception of the iPOC members are to be summarized in the
future all Porno and Sex Sites in the Internet with the Top level
Domain " .xxx ". So the committee wants to enable it to parents to
detect and try appropriate Sites in such a way at first attempt to
keep their children away from them.  The classification attempt is to
be installed part of the discussion around a world-wide new name
structure plus process for its assignment.  So there is to be the
contractions beside the existing Top level Domains like ".com", ".edu"
and ".de" among other things also "firm" for enterprise, "info" for
news services and "arts" for art Sites.  World-wide 28 enterprises

developed a new Porno Screen programm.  During past Sex filters
Internet contents searched for attraction words like "Sex", "Erotik"
or "Porno", the new software (product name unknown) with picture

Internet with approximately 10,500 stored picture samples (of it
approximately 500 typical Porno and naked representations).  Tighten

inventor James Ze Wang between two and ten seconds. The rapid
comparison is possible because the Porno blocker is limited to the
outlines of naked representations.  Wang announced, the product is to
be marketed world-wide.  When the program will be available, however,
is still open.
